The Scout Club at Majmaah University seeks to be a pioneering in empowering youth and developing their leadership, physical and mental abilities as well as contributing to community development, by conducting scouting programs based on national and humanitarian values.

Mission:

The Scout Club at Majmaah University seeks to satisfy the psychological, social and cultural needs of youth, by organizing various scouting activities that contribute to developing their life and leadership skills, and enhance the spirit of responsibility and citizenship along with qualifying them to contribute effectively to the development of their local and national community.

Objectives:

Youth development: Enhancing the physical, mental, spiritual, social and artistic aspects of youth.

Meeting the needs of Scout boys: Satisfying the psychological, cultural and social needs of scout boys.

Community development: Harnessing the capabilities of scout boys in developing their local and national communities through field scouting activities.

Training and assuming responsibility: Qualifying scout boys through training them in scouting skills and arts and enhancing their ability to make decisions.

 

Leadership preparation: Conducting specialized training courses to qualify scout leaders.
Training and research camps: Holding training and exploratory camps and implementing field and research studies.
Follow-up of scouting teams: Registering and following up on scouting teams through scouting associations.
Local and international participation: Participation in scouting meetings and gatherings at the local and international levels.
Conducting courses and activities: Holding scouting courses, seminars and competitions at the university.
Participation in national events: Participation in national and religious events.
