Based on the plan set by the Student Council and Advising Center, the Deanship of Student Affairs held a virtual training course, entitled “How to Free Yourself from Negative Emotions”.

Content of the course:

  2. Types of shocks (stage of shock- practical ways to overcome shocks
  3. Best ways to deal with negative emotions

A large number of students attended the course which was informative.
