University Volleyball Team Qualifies for the Second Round of the Universities Volleyball Federation Tournament

After winning the match with Prince Salman Abdulaziz University in Al-Kharj, University volleyball team finished the matches achieving the second place and brining the scores level at 3-1. The match took place in the playground of Prince Salman Sporting City. In fact, the university team won three matches out of four over Arab Open University, University of Najran and University of Prince Salman Abdulaziz in Al-kharj. The university team in this game was represented by Naif Al-Essa, Walid Albasri, Zazan Alzazan, Falah Zaidan, Khaled Al-Mutairi, Mohammed Hussein, Abdullah Khulaifi, Ahmed Rashidi, Sakhar Alzenada, Ibrahim Aldhom and Abdullah Yousuf. At the technical level, the national coach Mohamed Alhaddab and Abdullah Al-Mutairi as an assistant coach. Mr. Nasser Alhanou and Mr. Abdulaziz Alkhalaf represented the university team at the administrative level. Sporting and scouting activities supervisor Mr. Nasser Alhanou commended the university team players for their enthusiasm and determination to achieve honorable results. He mentioned that there are two more matches for the university volleyball team to be qualified for the quarter-finals which will be hosted by King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, later on.Mr. Alhanou extended his thanks and appreciation to Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad Abdullah Alghemeizi for his continuous support and constant follow-up for university teams at the financial and moral levels.
