University Table Tennis Team Runner-up

The team of the University Table Tennis came second and received silver medals at the 9th Saudi Table Tennis Federation, which was hosted by Tabuk University with the participation of 20 universities and colleges in Saudi Arabia, stated by the Head of the Department of Sports Activities and Scouts, Mr. Nasser Al-Hannou

The University team first met Al-Jouf University team and beat it (3-0) then beat Shaqra University team (3-1) to qualify for the 16 round and play against Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz University team and beat it (3-0).

The University team beat Um Al Qura University team (3-0) in the quarterfinals to play against the University of Jeddah team in the semifinal and beat it (3-1). Then the team played against Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University team and lost.

In the same tournament, the University duo team achieved second place, which was represented by Sultan Al-Khamis and Nayef Al-Rashed.

The table tennis team was represented by Sultan Al-Khamis, Naif Al-Rashed, Ziad Al-Issa, Musab Al-Issa, Trainer Hisham Ahmed Osman, Nasser Al-Hanoo and Abdul-Aziz Al-Khalaf.

Mr. Al-Hannou thanked the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Khaled Al-Ofaisan, for his support of all the university teams.
