As per the approval and directions of his Highness the University Rector Dr. Khaled Sa’ad Almuqrin and under the sponsorship of his Excellency the University vice PREsident for Educational Affairs Prof. Dr. Mohammad Othman Alrokban, the Deanship of Student Affairs opened the headquarter of the student center of gooding and consultation in the University Administration building on Monday 29/1/1435. His Excellency the vice President cut the ribbon announcing the opening of the center. Then, His Excellency the Dean of Student Affairs delivered a speech in which he commended on the center and that the students are in need of this center. Such a center will contribute effectively in their academic and practical life. He promised to overcome all the barriers the may come in the way. He also extended thanks to Deanship of Student Affairs for sponsoring such projects and programs that serve the University students. Afterwards, a discussion was initiated by a number of the center consultants who have been hired to offer advisory services to the students face to face or through communication mediums such as phones and other mens like social networks. They provide a wide perspective of the essence of the center and its branches in other faculties offering consultation protective programs that treat the students issues in cooperation with the teaching faculty in the university of those specialized or concerned with the students. On this occasion, his Excellency the Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad abdullah Aghemeizi extended thanks to his Highness the University Rector Dr. Khaled Sa’ad Almuqrin for approving the establishment of the center and continuos support for the Deanship efforts. Dr. Alghemeizi also offered thanks to his Excellency the University vice President for Educational Affairs who opened the center and always supports and does follow-up for the Deanship programs and accomplishments.
