Within the framework of the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education dedication to professionally implement the educational programs, and in the light of full coordination with the academic departments that are in charge of implementing the College sub-programs in Hafr al-Baten and Riyadh, the Deanship has held a meeting with the colleges representatives at the deanship headquarters on Wednesday 28/10/1434 H at 11.00 am which was led by the Dean Dr. Omar Bin Msaid Alshariofi who welcomed the attendees and stressed the importance of accomplishing the duties assigned to them that are predetermined in the procedural guide for implementing the educational programs. The meeting tackled the mechanism of the Colleges representatives’ visits to the branches. It has also been recommended to form a committee that will prepare the visit mechanisms and rules and which will be composed of Dr. Adel Bin Ayed Maghzaoui the Vice-Dean of Community Service, Dr. Ibrahim Khudhairi the Vis-Dean of the Libraries Affairs, and Dr. Mohammed Abdul Qadir Annimer the supervisor of the training center at the Community Service and Continuing Education Deanship. The committee has to provide the Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education with its findings to be propagated to the rest of the colleges. At the end of the meeting; the attendees conveyed their appreciation and gratitude to the Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad Mogrin for his support of the programs of the Deanship of Community Service and the colleges wishing His Excellency all the success.
