A Training Course by Department of Business Administration on “Self-evaluation is the starting point in change management”

Within its training plan for the academic year 1441/1442 AH, and part of the administrative development week, the Department of Business Administration conducted a course, entitled “Self-evaluation is the starting point in change management”.

The course was presented by Dr. Hussam Mahmoud – faculty members- and addressed the following topics:

  • Developing the components of self-evaluation by starting from the inside out as a real start to managing the change of negative aspects and addressing weaknesses
  • Helping students to diagnose their behavior and skills to be able to identify their weaknesses and face them and promote their strengths to face contemporary changes.
