Applied College staff participate in the periodic measurement project of employee engagement

A team of Applied College participated in the periodic measurement project for employee engagement including the CEO of the Applied College, Dr. Shadi Al-Shuwyer, the Assistant CEO, Dr. Abdullah Al-Saadoun, the Executive Director of the College in Majmaah, Dr. Saad Al-Qahtani, the Head of the Engineering and Technical Programs Unit, Dr. Abdullah Al-Saleh, and all faculty members and administrative staff.

This project aims to enhance the employees' connection to the work environment to maintain the university's success as it won the first place in the periodic measurement project for employee engagement for the past year 2023.

The CEO Dr. Al-Shuwayer pointed out that employee engagement is one of the basic concepts of human resources as it describes the level of belonging and dedication that the employee feels towards his work.
