Admission and Registration Unit

This unit is responsible for achieving efficiency and excellence in all admission and registration processes with quality, transparency and fairness. It also employs technology in all processes and tasks ,taking into account  having high-quality staff and cooperating with partners ensure the success of the academic process and national development.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Preparing an executive plan for the Unit

Coordinating with those who are responsible of the application programs to set the study timetables on the academic system for each semester after being approved by the university. 

Handling registration and add/drop courses process in coordination with the Deanship of Admission and Registration.

Preparing exam timetables in coordination with those who are responsible of the application programs for specialized diplomas and the University Admissions Department.

Ensure that student grades are keyed in the system in coordination with the application programs.

Coordinating with other units at the university.

Determining performance indicators of the unit's business and measuring them.

Submitting reports on the unit's performance each semester.
