The Faculty Participation in the Forth Scientific Research Week

The Faculty vice Deanship for Higher Studies and Scientific Research under the leadership of Dr. Thamer Shleih Alharbi (the Faculty vice Dean for Higher Studies and Scientific Research) and with support from the Dean of the Faculty supervised the wing the Faculty participated in within the activities of the forth scientific research week that was held under the sponsorship of his highness the University Rector. The activities started with a celebration held in the theater of the university city in Almajma’ah. After the celebration, the university Rector opened the accompanying exhibition and he made a tour to see the participatory wings in the these activities. When his Highness arrived at the faculty wing, he was received by his excellency the faculty Dean who explained to him the development of the scientific research in the faculty as well as the published researches throughout the past years and the support the teaching staff received in the faculty in the last years. After that, the Faculty Dean presented a gift to his Highness the University Rector the book of research products of the teaching staff in the faculty and the journal of research groups of Faculty of Sciences in Alzulfifor 2014 as well as the guide of teaching assistants and and lecturers in the faculty. His Highness the University Rector Dr. Khaled Sa’ad Almuqrin also visited the wing of the unit of basic sciences research within the activities of the forth scientific research week. His Highness was received by his excellency the unit director Dr. Thamer Shlieh Alharbi who explained the vision and message of the unit during the visit and also a number of researches supported by the unit, the budget of supported researches by the unit throughout the past two years. At the end of the visit, his highness the University Rector expressed his thanks for the great efforts by his excellency the faculty Dean as well as his excellency the faculty vice Dean for higher studies and scientific research.
