The College of Business Administration held a training course for the students of the college entitled "Skills of Drafting Legal Notes", presented by Dr. Yasser Bad, from the Law Department.
The course addressed
• the legal memorandum;
• the drafting of legal notes;
• the qualities that must be met when writing the memorandum;
• the types of legal notes;
• the stage preceding the drafting of the memorandum;
• the general framework that should be included in the memorandum in terms of formality
The course concluded by explaining the drafting and analyzing the legal memo.
The College thanked Dr. Yasser Badir for his contributions to the success of the law club programs, which aims to organize student activities and provide students with the skills and information necessary to the current needs of the labor market.
