The Organizational Development Administration holds Workshop on Designing Organizational Structures

The General Administration of Organizational Development conducted a workshop titled “Designing Organizational Structures,” targeting middle-level heads and coordinators from selected colleges, deanships, and administrations at Majmaah University.

Mr. Khalid Al-Dhiabi, Director of the General Administration of Organizational Development, pointed out that the workshop aims to enhance institutional excellence and competitiveness through the governance of administrative and organizational practices across the university.

This workshop is part of a broader series of training programs delivered by the General Administration of Organizational Development to university staff, focusing on strengthening skills and knowledge in organizational management.
