The Public Relations and Documentation Unit in any public or private entity plays an importance role in achieving its entity's internal and external goals due to the fact it works closely with all departments and units.

The Public Relations and Documentation Unit at the college is active in providing effective roles within the framework of serving the college's activities and ongoing events. This includes organizing student events and programs, and preparing all its needs and supplies, introducing the college's activities and services, and responding to inquiries, suggestions and feedback and activating the media role with various traditional and new media and the website. All these steps aim to improve the status of the college and maintain further development and progress.
