About the Administration

The General Administration of Libraries and Knowledge Resources at Majmaah University began to improve the university libraries since the appointment of a supervisor by 22/6/1431. These changes resumed until it was turned into the Deanship of Library Affairs and a dean was appointed by the Minister of Higher Education, Chairman of the University Council.

The General Administration of Libraries and Knowledge Resources provides a variety of information services to the beneficiaries by keeping pace with the development of scientific societies and the information revolution to contribute to the scientific movement.

It is also strives to provide easy access to various information sources that enhance the quality and effectiveness of the educational process.

The Administration develops the library systems in line with library and information services in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the university's goals and strategic plan.
