Alignment between university projects and goals of their strategic plans and create an environment of project management within a unified framework characterized by transparency and standards accuracy in addition to providing support, advice and training to reach with the university projects to the highest degree of accuracy in defining requirements, awarding, planning, implementation and monitoring, control and ending with success and achieving the hoped level of satisfaction.

* زيادة العدد في المشاريع الناجحة التي تحقق أهدافها في الوقت المحدد ، و ضمن الميزانية المحددة و في نطاق المشروع المتفق عليها.

* الموائمة بين استثمار المشروع و استراتيجية الجامعة. 

* إدارة أكثر فاعلية لموارد الجامعة البشرية والتقنية والمالية.

* انخفاض التعرض للمخاطر ، وعدد أقل من البلاغات عن الحوادث.

*  زيادة في دقة الانفاق و في العائد على الاستثمار والميزانية العمومية.

* الحد من تكدس مهام المشروع و تخفيض البيروقراطية.

* زيادة في قدرة الجامعة على التخطيط باستخدام تسليمات المشروع المستقبلية

أهداف المركز  

• يعرف مكتب ادارة المشاريع بأنه كيان أو قسم داخل المؤسسة يتم توجيه كل ما يتعلق بعمل مشاريع وبرامج المؤسسة وادارتها ضمن صلاحياته، ووظيفته تحسين اداء ونتائج ادارة المشاريع، ومساعدة مدراء المشاريع في تحقيق أهداف المشاريع بحيث يتم التعامل مع المشاريع المتنوعة والمختلفة على أنها محفظة (Portfolio) مشاريع تدار بشكل تكاملي.   

The Project Management Office is an entity or a department in an organization and is responsible for managing the projects and programs in the organization. The primary function of PMO is to improve the performance and results of project management and assist project managers in achieving project objectives, treating the different projects as a portfolio that is managed in an integrated way.
