Responsibilities: - The Technical Support Department (TSD) is responsible of providing all types of maintenance works of the university's computers. The department also offers assistance and solutions to software and hardware through a specialized team in the field.
Responsibilities This department aims to set the criteria that ensure all systems are developed using state-of-the-art technology and are easy-to-use for users. The department is also in charge of designing the interface of the systems and the newsletters of the deanship. The department also acts as a link between the university's different departments and the Programming Unit.
The e-Portal of the university is the channel through which first impression is made and important information and services are provided which increases the chances of successful communication among the university staff, faculty members and students. The e-Portal has several sub-domains of colleges, deanships and administrations. Each of these sub-domains requires a supervisor to be responsible of the content of those departments, both in Arabic and English.
