    تختص هذه الوحدة بالإشراف على التدريب الإكلينيكي بالكلية وشؤون تدريب أطباء الامتياز.

    مهام الوحدة:

    1-  توفير بيئة داعمة لجودة تدريب أطباء الامتياز.

    2-  تقويم البرنامج التدريبي لأطباء الامتياز.

    3-  تنمية التخطيط المهني لدى أطباء الامتياز.

    4-  الإشراف على أداء أطباء الامتياز وفقا لمحاور البرنامج التدريبي لسنة الامتياز.

Public Relations Department

Responsibilities
The Public Relations Department (PRD) is vital for any administrative system or official facility as it is associated with all internal and external departments and units. The PRD is responsible of coordinating important activities and events at the Deanship of IT. Part of its tasks is to highlight the Deanship’s activities in all medical channels.

The Department’s Administration:
The Administration at the Deanship of IT is responsible of all staff at the deanship and associated departments. It acts as a link between the deanship’s departments and units and those outside the deanship.
Responsibilities of the Director:
- Implement the rules and regulations of administrative and financial affairs.
- Supervise all operations related to staff affairs.
- Follow-up the work progress of the Deanship.
- Supervise and monitor arrival and departure of staff via the attendance system

Help Desk Unit

Responsbilities
- This unit aims to ensure that the process of receiving and replying to all beneficiaries’ requests are done through e-forms. A customer should access the e-service portal through the university’s e-portal and write his email and password. After selecting ‘new request’, the customer should provide a brief description of his problem. Once the request is received by the help-desk staff; he will forward it to the concerned department for further actions.
