الدليل التنظيمي لمركز العمل التطوعي بجامعة المجمعة:

1- وحدة المبادرات التطوعية:

تتولى وحدة المبادرات التطوعية بناء إطلاق المبادرات التطوعية وتخطيط تصميم وتطوير الفرص التطوعية فيها والتنسيق لتنفيذ الفرص.

2- وحدة منسقي التطوع:

وحدة منسقي التطوع هي وحدة تعنى بالتواصل مع منسقي مركز التطوع في جهات الجامعة الموفرة للفرص التطوعية.

3- وحدة المتابعة:

وحدة المتابعة تتولى الإشراف على تنفيذ وأداء الفرص التطوعية والمبادرات وتقييمها. ومراجعة وتطوير الأداء. والقيام بالدعم والتحفيز، وتقييم الخدمات التطوعية وأداء المتطوعين.

1- Voluntary Initiatives Unit:

This Unit is responsible for launching volunteer initiatives and planning volunteer opportunities.

2- Volunteering Coordinators Unit:

This Unit is responsible for communicating with volunteer center coordinators in the university.

3- Follow-up Unit:

This Unit is responsible for supervising and evaluating the implementation and performance of volunteer opportunities and initiatives. It is also concerned about reviewing and improving performance as well as motivating and supporting volunteers.
