The committee of preparing the annual reports of the University held its first meeting under the chairmanship of ,the Vice Rector, Dr. Musalam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari, on Sunday, 03/20/1436 AH.
The committee discussed a number of topics including the letter of General Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs regarding the including annual reports for independent semester about budget items.
• The Committee also reviewed the work of the Sub-Committee's initial review of annual reports from the university sections which, in turn, did blessed efforts in reviewing annual reports in accordance with the criteria adopted for the preparation of annual reports. The Committee also followed the preparations of Prince Salman Institute for Studies and Advisory Services relating to the final stages in the design, review, The Committee also followed the preparations of Prince Salman Institute for Studies and Advisory Services relating to the final stages in the design, review and output then recommending to write a discretionary budget in coordination with the General Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs for all annual reports, and the main report of the University.
It was also recommended of taking into account the including of the National Strategic Plan for Traffic Safety in the annual report.
In conclusion, His Excellency the Vice Rector Dr. Muslim bin Mohammed Al-Dosari, Chairman of the committee, thanked to the members of the main committee and subcommittee members for their blessing efforts to reach annual reports to the desired level.
