The Rectorship is currently seeking to conduct a study of internal systems in the Kingdom and abroad with the relevant companies for the implementation of bus follow-up technology which enables parents to follow the progress of buses carrying students in accordance with precise and elaborate procedures and systems to facilitate the follow-up from the university for the safety of students.

The project serves the university students in all provinces by connecting all buses through a simultaneous program with the operating room, it enables administrators to observe the plan to ensure the drivers' compliance to the traffic and safety rules, and keep tracking the bus speed, in addition to having the feature to send instant messages to the supervisors in case of vehicles exit from the approved lines , and providing online services in the event that one of the buses has technical problems, and the direction of maintenance teams through the coordinates of the bus location.
