High Excellency the Rector Launches a Number of Developmental Programs in PM Field

High Excellency the Rector Dr. Khalid S. Al-Mugren launches a number of developmental programs, seminars and workshop in the project management  field which is organized by the University in collaboration with SDIT for Information Technology. The meeting was attended by the vice-rector, deans of colleges and deanships and directors of administrations. It also attended by the CEO of the company the Eng. Mohammad A. Al-Sahli and Mr. William Beats, a consultant and CEO for the Canadian Co. The project is managed by Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari, general supervisor of the Rector’s office and Dr. Hamad Al-Omran, consultant of the Rector.

Dr. Al-Sahli extended his thanks to the Rector for his patronage of this launch and stated that this reflects the concern of the Rector to execute the work of the project management. He added “ since Majmaah University has set its strategic plans, a consultant contract was signed to establish and develop the project management office in collaboration with SDIT for Information Technology which is supported by its partnership ECBD Consulting Inc. this is attributed to the University’s awareness of the importance of the compatibility between the projects and the strategic plans of the University.

Addressing the audience, the Rector, Dr. Al-Mugren delivered a speech where he welcomed all and then talked about the importance of this project and encouraged everyone to work as one team to make this project a successful one.

The functions of the workshop included a speech for Dr. Al-Sahli and Mr. Beats about the message of the PMO and this could be compatible with the projects and strategic plans of the University.
