Special Secretariat Unit for the Office of the Rector

Special Secretariat Unit General Objective: To carry out all the work of editing the letters addressed by the Rector, responses to transactions, letters of thanks, congratulations, invitations, etc., printing and keeping them on the computer according to electronic organization and indexation for later easier access. Tasks:

1. Editing all correspondence and letters required by the Rector’s Office.

2. Preparing reply letters to the Office's greetings, congratulations, invitations etc.

3. Reviewing letters written in books to ensure the integrity of drafting, language and printing.

4. Printing and photocopying all the needs of the Office as well as archiving and classifying for reference when necessary.
