Prof. Saleh Al-Mizil, MU rector, launched multiple digital systems developed by the Deanship of Information Technology in collaboration with concerned sectors. The digital systems are faculty members site, housing, job performance charter and receipt note.
The development of faculty members site featured improving the services to allow faculty members to share their academic qualifications and interests through a user-friendly interface.
The housing system allows faculty members to search for residential units, read electricity meters electronically and integrate with human resources systems.
The job performance charter system was developed end the use of paper transactions.
The receipt note system was developed in cooperation with the General Administration for Administrative and Financial Affairs. The system includes 3 forms and a search filter, user-friendly interface and printing reports.
