Second Meeting of General Directorate of Servicess Advisory Board

The Advisory Board of the General Administration of Services held its second session during the first quarter of the academic year 1439-1440, where the General Supervisor of the General Administration of Services chaired the Board meeting with the directors of departments, heads of departments and directors of branches in Majmaah and Zulfi.

The Board reviewed a number of important topics related to the completion of the operational plan of the General Directorate of Services.

The Board also reviewed the statistical analysis of the first quarter of the self-assessment of employees and the electronic measurement questionnaire through the digital services of the digital units on campus.

The qualitative and integrated measurement plan for the stages of integrated investigation of qualitative quality has been outlined.

The efforts of the branches in completing the periodic maintenance work to serve the University vehicles were also discussed in addition to a number of electronic development systems used at the University.

The Transportation Department also provided a field description of the work of the field survey of the transport work and ensured that the highest standards of safety were applied.

The General Supervisor thanked the members of the Board and all the staff for their quality efforts in providing the services that received the satisfaction of the beneficiaries in all colleges and departments.
