In line with the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Majmaah University (MU) and the Northern Border University (NBU), a delegation of Northern Border University visited MU to learn from its experience in project management.

The delegation was headed by the advisor of NBU rector and supervisor of PMO, Dr. Mohammed Ammar.

During the 3-day visit, a wide-range of topics of mutual interest were addressed in the field of project management. A workshop was conducted on day one which focused on the fundamental stages the office has been through since it was founded. The forms and documents of PMO were also reviewed along the mechanism of project management procedures and the measurement of performance indicators.
