The College of Nursing held a master's thesis defense in the Master of Science in Nursing (Administration and Leadership) for three students.
The first was presented by Raghad Al-Rasheedi, who addressed the qualitative study titled "Motivational Factors Influencing Nursing Students' Choice of the Nursing Profession," examining the key factors that shape students' decisions to pursue careers in nursing.
The second one presented by Shaden Al-Harthi, and the title of her thesis was "Exploring Nurses' Awareness and Attitudes Toward Artificial Intelligence and Its Impact on Nursing Leadership and Practice,". It examined the role of emerging technologies in advancing nursing practice and leadership.
The third one was presented by Saleh Al Saleh, and the thesis titled "The Relationship Between Nursing Managers' Communication Competence and Turnover Intention among Nursing Staff at King Khalid Hospital, Najran, Saudi Arabia." The study explored how leadership communication skills influence workforce stability within healthcare settings.
