Vice Dean Meets with College Staff

Dr. Sharifa Al-Asiri, Vice Dean of the College of Nursing for the Female Campus, met with the College's administrative staff as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen internal communication and promote a collaborative work environment.

During the meeting, Dr. Al-Asiri welcomed attendees and emphasized the importance of teamwork and the role of a positive workplace culture in supporting performance and achieving institutional goals. She also commended the staff for their contributions to enhancing administrative operations within the College.

The meeting included discussions on a range of workplace matters, as well as ways to foster stronger professional and social relationships among College employees, helping to create a supportive and motivating work environment built on collaboration and mutual respect.
