College of Nursing organizes initiative on the role of nursing in men’s health awareness

The Volunteering and Community Service Unit at the College of Nursing organized an awareness initiative titled The Role of Nursing in Men’s Health Awareness on Tuesday.

Supervised by Dr. Heba Al-Ashmawi, the initiative featured a variety of educational booths where nursing students provided health advice and guidance to promote healthy lifestyles, raising awareness about obesity prevention, and highlighting the harmful effects of smoking on individual health. The initiative also included vital signs screening and nutritional consultations.

This initiative reflects the college’s ongoing efforts to boost its awareness role and promote health education, contributing to disease prevention and improving quality of life.
