An Awareness seminar held on nursing profession

The Intellectual Awareness Unit, in collaboration with the College of Nursing, organized an awareness seminar titled Nursing Profession: Humanitarian Giving and National Responsibility. The seminar was presented by Dr. Mujahid Al-Tamimi, faculty member in the Department of Adult Nursing and Advanced Nursing Care, with the aim of promoting awareness of the role and importance of healthcare professions in serving the community.

The seminar addressed the concept of humanitarian and nursing profession and emphasized the importance of strengthening professional values that contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services. It also highlighted the national role of nursing professionals through statistics and examples reflecting their contributions to supporting the healthcare system as well as discussing key challenges facing the profession and ways to address them.
