The College of Nursing participates in the Annual “Your Health” Camp for Diabetes Patients

The College of Nursing participated in the annual “Your Health” Camp for Diabetes Patients, targeting the 8–17 age group. The camp was organized by the Your Health Association, under the patronage of the Governor of Majmaah Governorate, Mr. Saud Al Muammar, and attended by the Dean of the College, Dr Ashwaq Asiri.

The College provided a range of health education activities focusing on diabetes awareness, the importance of treatment, adopting a healthy lifestyle, and raising awareness among participants and their families about preventing diabetes-related complications.

Faculty members and students also contributed by delivering age-appropriate health guidance in an interactive manner.

This participation reflects the College of Nursing’s ongoing commitment to community service, supporting health initiatives to raise health awareness, improving quality of life, and strengthening partnerships with health and community organizations in the governorate.
