The General Administration of Occupational Health and Environment organizes a health awareness seminar at the College of Nursing

The General Administration of Occupational Health and Environment, in cooperation with the College of Nursing and University Health Care Facilities, organized an awareness seminar titled “Vaccinations.” This event was held during the Global Vaccination Week and targeted all groups within the university community.

The seminar aimed to raise awareness about the importance of vaccinations in preventing infectious diseases and to promote healthy ideas among the attendees, helping protect both individuals and the community.

The seminar covered several key topics, including the goals of Global Vaccination Week, the components of vaccines, the benefits of vaccination, and the negative effects of not getting vaccinated. The seminar was presented Mr. Ibrahim Al-Mufarrej and Dr. Amer Al-Sayed to students and staff. They highlighted the importance of building a culture of prevention and vaccination to ensure better public health as well as the vital role vaccines play in reducing the spread of infectious diseases and creating a healthy and safe community.
