The College of Nursing organizes an awareness session titled the Role of Midwifery in Enhancing Women's Health and Maternal-Fetal Care

The College of Nursing, represented by the Volunteer and Community Service Unit, organized an awareness session titled The Role of Midwifery in Enhancing Women's Health and Maternal-Fetal Care. The session was presented by Dr. Fatimah Zaghloul, an Assistant Professor at the College of Nursing, via Irtiqa platform.

The session covered several key topics, including: an introduction to the International Midwife, the benefits and scope of the midwifery profession, the services midwives provide, the challenges they face, and the efforts being made to strengthen the role of midwifery in Saudi Arabia.

The program aimed to raise awareness of the significance of midwifery and to highlight its essential role in improving maternal and fetal health.
