The College of Nursing holds a workshop on the Code of Conduct and Ethics of Public Service

The College of Nursing organized a workshop for admin staff entitled (Introducing the Code of Conduct and Ethics of Public Service), in cooperation with the General Administration of Organizational Development. The workshop was presented by Mr. Khalid Al-Dhiabi, the director of Organizational Development, who discussed the importance of adhering to behavioral and professional rules, stressing their role in improving institutional performance and enhancing integrity and transparency. 

He also talked about the code which includes the ethical responsibilities of staff, optimal dealing with colleagues and auditors, and mechanisms for enhancing a work culture based on respect and discipline.
