The College of Nursing organizes a training course entitled “Strategic Planning for Building the Future and Facing Challenges”

The College of Nursing, represented by the Special Services Unit, organized a training course entitled "Strategic Planning for Devicing the Future and Facing Challenges" on Wednesday. The course was presented by Dr. Arafa Jibreel, and focused on many important topics including developing strategic planning skills, such as the concept of strategic planning including its elements and role in achieving goals. The course also included topics related to the benefits of planning and how to build the future and write a clear and specific plan. It also helped in shaping the way of thinking and identifying strengths.

The course aimed to clarify the concept of planning and its importance, identify future challenges and mechanisms to confront them, and highlight the importance of planning in the work environment and how to deal with future challenges.
