A Training Course by Department of Business Administration on “Adaptation culture as a an entry point for conflict management”

Within its training plan for the academic year 1441/1442 AH, and part of the administrative development week, the Department of Business Administration conducted a course, entitled “Adaptation culture as an entry point for conflict management”.

The course was presented by Dr. Hussam Mahmoud – faculty members- and addressed the following topics:

  • Fostering among students the culture of conformity and difference management regarding goals, perceptions, or feelings.
  • Diagnosing the phenomenon of interpersonal conflict as a behavioral phenomenon that requires continual management and considered an entry point for student's competence to adapt to work environment in the future.

The department is pleased to thank Dr. Mahmoud for presenting the course.
