The College holds a Workshop to present the Academic Advising Plan Activities for the Academic Year

As part of the Academic Advising Unit’s activity plan, the Majmaah branch of the Applied College organized a workshop to present the unit’s activities for the first semester of the academic year, highlighting the roles and performance of academic advisors and faculty members. The event was sponsored by Dr. Shadi Al-Shuwayer, CEO of the Applied College, and attended by Dr. Ibrahim Al-Arifi, Deputy CEO and Head of the Academic Advising Unit, along with executive directors, coordinators of the Academic Advising Unit, academic advisors, and faculty members.

The CEO emphasized that initiatives and workshops like this are part of the unit’s ongoing efforts to support students, monitor their progress, and assist them throughout their university journey until graduation. This reflects the college’s and university’s commitment to providing comprehensive educational and academic services that help develop a qualified generation capable of meeting the demands of the labor market.

The Deputy CEO also stressed the college’s dedication to creating a motivating environment that enables students to integrate smoothly into university life and confidently pursue excellence. During the workshop, the semester plan of the Academic Advising Unit for the first semester of 1447 was presented, detailing the responsibilities and roles of academic advisors and faculty members, as well as the mechanisms for implementing the plan
