Applied College organizes Humanitarian visit to Oboor Center on World Autism Awareness Day

In celebration of World Autism Awareness Day, the Student Affairs Unit, in collaboration with the Community Service Unit, organized a humanitarian visit to Oboor Center for Autism.

This initiative is part of the college’s ongoing efforts to support various community groups, particularly children with autism. The goal was to bring smiles and joy to their faces through a variety of engaging and interactive activities, carefully planned and executed by college students under the supervision of the organizing units.

The event featured a diverse program that reflected the college’s commitment to its social and humanitarian role. Students participated in interactive, educational, and physical games tailored to the children’s needs. A special face-painting corner added a cheerful and fun atmosphere, and gift bags were distributed to the children to uplift their spirits and boost their confidence.

The visit was warmly welcomed by the center’s administration and the children’s families, who expressed their appreciation for the college’s thoughtful initiative.
