A delegation of Applied College visits Restatex Real Estate Exhibition in Riyadh

A delegation from the Applied College visited the Restatex Real Estate Exhibition, which was held at Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center from February 18-21, 2024. The delegation was invited by Al-Muzaini Real Estate Company, one of the college’s partners.

The delegation which included students was headed by the CEO of the Applied College, Dr. Shadi Al-Shuwayer, the CEO's vice, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sadoun, and the executive director of the college’s branch in Ramah, Dr. Adi Al-Buqmi. 

The exhibition aims to highlight the role of the real estate sector in diversifying investment sources as one of the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. It also demonstrates the developments in the Saudi real estate sector.

The participation of college students allows them to improve their skills and enrich their knowledge about the labor market.
