COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND HUMANITIES IN RUMAAH HOLDS WORKSHOP ABOUT THE ACADEMIC GUIDANCE FOR FACULTY MEMBERS

AS AN INITIATIVE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ISLAMIC STUDIES AND THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMISSION AND REGISTRATION. A workshop about the academic guidance duty at present and in future is held at the College of Science and Humanities in Rumaah, where future plans regarding the academic guidance and distribution of functions and powers on faculty members at the Faculty of Science and Humanities in Rumaah are being determined, in addition to display the definition of the academic guidance as well as the importance of the academic guidance to students and the tasks and duties that are related to Academic Counsellor, in addition to the definition of the rules, instructions, and regulations at the University of Majmaah. Therefore, this workshop comes as a complement to the program of enrichment that is being implemented at the college and aims to diversify the scientific and academic sources of knowledge for faculty members, where these workshops are held weekly by faculty members each in his/her field. Thus, Dr. Abdullah Bin Sulaiman Al Sayed, Head of the Department of Islamic Studies, is supervising on the implementation of this workshop, and carried out by the Director of Admission and Registration at the College, Mr. Ahmed Al Saleem. It should be noted that the provision of this workshop was in response to the need to activate the role of the academic counseling as a prerequisite of the requirements of Quality and Academic Accreditation that the College seeks to meet .
