A Training Course entitled “Problem Solving and Diagnose” held by Department of Business Administration

As part of its training plan for the academic year 1440/1441, the Business of Administration Department conducted a training course in the groups of the College of Business Administration, entitled “Problem Solving and Diagnose”.
The course was presented by Dr. Hussam Rami, faculty member in the department of business administration, and addressed the following topics:
- Learn the concepts of problem solving
- Steps of analyzing problems
- Steps of making a decision
- Results of wrong decisions
- Skills of problem solving and decision making
- Develop the skills of decision making and reduce negative practices at workplace
