The Dean of the College, Dr. Waleed Al-Bisher, accompanied by the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs Dr. Ramzi Al-Zeid, toured the exam classrooms at the college to follow up the final exam preparations and make sure that the environment is conducive for students.
The Dean of the College checked the full readiness for the smooth progress of the final exams at the College.
He also directed the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs to make inspection tours to the headquarters of the college in Zulfi province and the female campus.
The Vice Dean for Educational Affairs held a number of meetings with the final examination committees represented by the Executive Committee to follow up the final tests and the Executive Committee receiving exam papers, monitoring reports and the organizing and follow-up committees.
In this regard, the Vice Deans of the College for Educational Affairs stressed the need to adhere to the following instructions:
• Readiness of exam rooms with all requirements
• Availability of invigilators and the process of receiving and submitting exam papers and answer keys
• Exam rooms should be conducive for exam to take place
• Enforcement of all student disciplinary action
• Marking exam papers and posting final grades
