Under the supervision of Dr. Mohammed Al-Aboudi, Vice Rector for Educational Affairs, and led by Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Qafari, the General Supervisor of the Office of the Vice Rector for Educational Affairs, the Vice Rector's Office carried out a series of field visits to university colleges. The aim of these visits is to monitor performance indicators and strengthen the quality of work across digital academic and administrative platforms.

The visits aimed to assess performance across several key digital systems, including the Skill Record Platform, Itqan, Cooperative Training Platform, Evaluation Platform, and Jawdah Platform. The goal was to evaluate progress, measure achievement against targets, analyze data, and develop improvement plans that enhance operational efficiency and academic quality.

During the visits, the team reviewed detailed statistical and analytical reports for each college and held discussions with academic leaders to explore areas for development. These meetings concluded with practical recommendations designed to strengthen educational outcomes and promote a culture of data-driven performance and continuous improvement.

These efforts are part of the Vice Rector’s Office's strategic plan to enhance the efficiency of digital systems and support colleges in achieving their target performance indicators. The initiative contributes to creating an integrated digital academic environment aligned with quality standards, academic accreditation requirements, and the university’s vision for advancing its educational system.
