Project Management and Execution

The deputyship for postgraduate studies and academic research manages and follows up the implementation of this program in compliance with the directives of His Excellency the Rector and a close supervision of His Excellency the Vice-Rector for postgraduate studies and academic research. The deputyship is also responsible of all the executive procedures for the program as well as following up the final procedures of recruiting students and issuing resolutions of their scholarship and linking them with university. The program runs as follow:
the program > the college & the academic department > the program > lecturers & teaching assistants’ unit> permanent committee of lecturers and teaching assistants> the university board > the university administration> the program > the deanship of faculty members and staff affairs till the recruitment is done.
1. Receiving applications electronically.
2. Reviewing the extent to which the application has met the requirements of the program
3. In case the applicant has met the requirements, the respected college and department will be informed.
4. The applicant will be contacted in cases of acceptance or rejection, and applicant will be updated.
5. Once the academic department approval is issued, the administration of the recruiting program will inform the unit of lecturers and teaching assistants at the deputyship for postgraduate studies and academic research.
6. The program shall follow up the case of the applicant with the deanship of faculty members and staff affairs until the recruitment is completed.
