General Objective


Quickly, accomplish  transactions and  confidential letters,  of the Supreme parties associated with  the Rector.


Tasks


- Receive all transactions and confidential letters of the Rector's Office and complete their procedures in accordance with the directives.
- Receive and view confidential papers that need the Rector's directive or signature and return them to the competent departments.
- Issue confidential transactions outside the university immediately after the Rector's signature.

- Save confidential transactions, letters, and files within the archive of the Confidential Office in  a way that helps to extract the required information easily and conveniently.

- Sort confidential transactions and letters,  to ensure their  transmission, completeness and index

verification.

- Write all confidential transactions in the incoming and outgoing according to own digital division of the Confidential Office, organize, arrange, and put them in confidential files taking into account the  subject-matter classification.

- Prepare the confidential bag which is categorized and prepared by the Confidential  Office and send it to the Rector for quick display in case of his presence or wherever he is.

-  Distribute copies of the confidential letters and  decisions in accordance with the instructions of the Rector to the authorized parties.

- Organize the archive of the Confidential Office, coordinate it, and save copies of all transactions and letters together with their originals  in classified files.

-  Do all types of copying and editing of the Confidential Office.

- Keep full confidentiality of transactions and information that are found.


- Any other tasks can be assigned to the Confidential  Office .
