General Objective

Organize, monitor and manage committees, councils and meetings associated with the Office of the Rector,  practice an executive role in routines  and ensure the application of the approved system  in accordance with  each type of  work.

Tasks
- Follow up and manage all committees and councils work  and the meetings associated with  the Rector, in accordance with the Adviser's and the General Supervisor 's instructions of the office.

- Follow up the Rector's instructions concerning the work of committees, councils, and meetings to ensure the continuation of their work and send reports for guidance.

- Prepare and follow up the agenda of all committees, councils and meetings, to ensure work discipline, and to determine the deficiencies in performance to control them.

- Supervise the electronic system of the councils and committees, for communications and direct contacts with all committees and councils through that system  in accordance with the instructions of the Advisor and the General Supervisor of the Office.
-  Preserve and maintain all the files of the committees' and councils' work to ensure safe, quick restoration for displaying during guidance.

- Editing and printing letters and correspondences of the work of the committees, councils, and meetings.

- Follow up the implementation of the committees', councils', and meetings' recommendations after their reports being approved by the Rector, with  themselves and with all other parties at the  university.


- Receive and forward the mail and all incoming correspondences associated with the work of the committees and councils,  submit them to the competent,  index  documents, and save them after the decision is taken.
- Receive, forward, and send e-mail messages associated with the committees and councils, to index and archive these messages.

- Writing reports associated with the committees and councils headed by His Excellency the Rector, and coordinating with the respective secretariats of the committees and councils.
