Short Induction about the Department of Budget

Department of Budget is considered as one of the major and important Departments at the university. It was established on 01/04/1432 H, under the guidance of his Excellency the Rector of the University. It is regulatory associated with the General Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs and its main goal is to achieve the university financial requirements in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Higher Education as well as the preparation of the draft budget of the University in line with the five-year plan and budget rules. The draft budget should be reported after being issued to the concerned parties at the university, in addition to submit the periodic reports, and the plan of exchange, to be followed-up and propose the appropriate. Besides encouraging the rationalization of expenditure as well as the transferring and enhancements that occur to cover the financial difficulties faced by the university.
