The 6th consultative meeting was headed by the Director-General of the Directorate in the presence of the directors of administrations. The meeting, which was held on Tuesday 22/8/1439 AH at the meeting hall, addressed several topics including the following :
- Discussing circular No. 3/53/88 regarding inventory and delivery procedures of headquarters.
- Discussing circular No. 16/50211 issued by the Deanship of Faculty Affairs on the fact that some departments deducted from employees’ salaries.
- Discussing what has been done regarding the rationalization of electricity.
- Forming a volunteer team of the residents and their children inside the housing who will jointly be responsible of organizing programs, activities and community events.
- Discussing the possibility of conducting useful programs such as preparing reports and computer skills.
The Director-General thanked everybody for their interaction, and encouraged them to do more.
