The deanship of IT has completed the development of retrieving the password for university staff via e-portal services. By clicking on the icon (retrieving password), a message will be sent to the staff. The system requires the ID No. and the mobile number to which a message will be sent that has an activation code. User should enter the activation code with the ID No. and the new password.
Mr. Musfir Al-Ghatani noted from programming unit noted that this approach is safer as it depends on the mobile number which could be change at any time by the owner.
