The Department of Law at Majmaah University seeks to achieve the college's vision and mission which will contribute to attain the university’s strategy of being among the top universities nationally, regionally and internationally.
In light of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's legislative reformation in various fields to achieve the goals of Vision 2030, the Law Department aims to develop students' legal skills and enrich their knowledge to meet the demand of the labor market.
To that end, the department has set its vision and mission on the basis of scientific approach and modern science. The department also adopts a set of operational plans to operate within the expected goals. The operational plan of the Law Department is based on a set of scientific and practical foundations in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and its strategic goals: a thriving economy that serve as the foundation for a vibrant society and an ambitious nation. The department also strives to build an educational system that train students to be a good researcher and capable of changing the patterns of legal thinking with the help of highly qualified faculty members who hold academic qualifications from prestigious universities.
The department is also serving the community through partnerships with government and private sectors as well as non-profit sector in a way that contributes to spreading the legal culture in society.
