Find a channel of communication between the Office of the Rector and the public, strengthen the good relations with the public of reviewers and others, and organize the mechanism of welcoming prominent characters and visitors that visit the university, through the activation of protocols and familiar honors in the case of showing  the positive side of the university and its supporters.

Do all types of work concerning editing the letters the Rector instructs and respond to transactions, letters of thanks, congratulations, invitations….etc.  Print and save them according to an organized and electronic indexed for easy automatic restoration.

Adjust the procedures of the incoming and outgoing transactions to the Office of the Rector, implement  the necessary procedures in that respect, preserve, archive, and manage them electronically as required.

Organize, monitor and manage committees, councils and meetings associated with the Office of the Rector,  practice an executive role in routines  and ensure the application of the approved system  in accordance with  each type of  work.

- Follow up and manage all committees and councils work  and the meetings associated with  the Rector, in accordance with the Adviser's and the General Supervisor 's instructions of the office.

General Goal

Finding competent management that offers efficient administrative and technical services to the Rector to accomplish the important and confidential tasks, and  be his trustworthy in keeping the  secrets of the job, arrange his duties, register his information, and organize his time accurately and easily.

-Public Relations and Protocols Unit.

-Administrative Communications Unit.

- Copying and Editing unit.

Assists the Adviser and the General Supervisor in implementing the planned duties of the office and following up  the duties of the Administrative Units in order to ensure their performance , in accordance with the directive of the Advisor and the General Supervisor of the Rector's Office upon his presence. But in his absence or be on vacation, the assistant will be in charge of all the duties assigned to the Advisor and the General Supervisor.

- General supervision of the office ongoing work and all its associated units administratively and technically.
- Follow-up receiving all incoming transactions to the office, organize and instruct them to be displayed on his Excellency the Rector.
- Guidance on transactions that do not need to be displayed on his Excellency  the Rector, to be transmitted  to the concerned parties.
